Import parts

To import a list of parts, prepare a CSV file with the part numbers and descriptions you wish to import. The file must be a CSV file, which can easily be generated in a text editor, Excel or Numbers, and contain two columns named 'part_number' and 'description'. Download a template file: parts.csv

To upload and import the CSV file, click the Parts item on the top toolbar, and then click the Import parts button. Click the Choose file button, select the CSV file and click the Import button.

Once uploaded the import process will begin. You can refresh the screen if needed.

When the import process has completed you will be shown which parts have been imported.
